Kurt Heeren
With over 5 years of experience as a fitness professional, I specialize in helping busy men and women transform their bodies and lives.
I graduated in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting while also earning my NASM-CPT certification. Shortly after, I began my career in the corporate world. However, I quickly realized that my true passion lay in personal training. Helping individuals make positive lifestyle changes through health and fitness became my primary focus.
In late 2020, I took the bold step of pursuing my dream by leaving New Jersey for Los Angeles, where I committed myself to becoming a respected personal trainer. This decision was transformative, allowing me to gain invaluable experience and build a fulfilling career.
Since then, I have dedicated myself to guiding clients on their journey to achieving their best selves. Witnessing their mental and physical transformations week after week is incredibly rewarding and inspires me to continue my work.
This is the foundation of Heeren Fitness. My mission is to serve and support each client on their journey, helping them unlock their full potential and become the best versions of themselves.
